The valley station of the Natrun cable car is just 100 m away and takes you straight to the Königstour in the Hochkönig ski area, part of Ski amadé, and in summer up to Prinzenberg Natrun.
The village square of Maria Alm with its well-known pilgrimage church, restaurants, cafés and small shops is reachable in just 2 minutes on foot, perfect for relaxed holiday days without long distances. Your car parks safely in our covered carport.

Our house is heated using district heating from the biomass cogeneration plant in the village. Additionally, we generate our own electricity through a photovoltaic system on the roof.
